Victoria Escarda
Victoria started as a private care giver, then obtained her certification for CNA and LPN. She continued her education and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a licensed RN in Nevada. While working as a nurse, she then pursued Adult/Geriatric NP at Walden University. Because of her love of psychiatry, she continued her education for Psychiatric Mental Health NP at the University of Cincinnati.
Victoria currently owns and manages two (2) psychiatric clinics in Nevada.
She is a certified depression and mood disorder provider, and a certified opioid use disorder treatment provider.

Tristan Tran
Tristan was born with the passion to help people. Growing up in a poor village, the nearest medical clinic and hospital were hours away. Access to quality healthcare was and is still a rare commodity. Tristan was raised primarily by her grandparents. Tristan left Vietnam in 1996. Growing up without her parents, Tristan learned to be self-sufficient and independent at a young age. After graduating from San Jose State University in 2008 with a major in Biological Sciences and minor in Chemistry, Tristan moved to Las Vegas to pursue a career in nursing. Tristan started working for Sunrise Hospital in 2011 as a registered nurse and followed the path to become a family nurse practitioner to be part of IPC Hospitalist Company (currently known as TeamHealth). Tristan has specialized in hospital medicine since 2014 but also ventured in all types of work environments and departments. Tristan then acquired her doctorate degree in nursing in 2018 and became a certified mental health psychiatric nurse practitioner in 2021.
Tristan has always maintained a focus to help the underserved community, a principle deep rooted from life experience. Her lifelong goal has always been to help people, but to accomplish this in the most compassionate and empathetic manner possible.
Tristan is now working to keep helping the community on a different frontline, through primary care and mental health care. She created Hope Horizon and joined Estra Behavioral and Addiction Clinic to end mental health stigma and discrimination.

Anne Escarda
Jihan (she/her) is a nurse in the Philippines and she is now the clinic manager of Estra Healthcare in Las Vegas. She prefers to be called "Anne" because it suits her vibrant personality better. Anne prides herself on being a dedicated and compassionate professional, and she makes every effort to link with patients as well as her colleagues to provide excellent service at Estra Healthcare.
As a representative of the first touchpoint of your mental health journey, Anne commends you for taking the necessary steps in finding the support that you need. Navigating on your own may seem intimidating, but she is here to guide you in making sure you get the appointments and medication you need for your emotional behavior challenges.
